Base Relocation Guide
When starting Vega Conflict, your base is placed on a random planet in a random sector. As you progress, you may want to relocate—whether to be closer to friends or alliance members, or to move away from enemies. The Relocation feature allows you to move your base to another planet or sector.
How to Relocate
Relocating is simple, but you must meet the following criteria:
- All Fleets Docked: All of your fleets must be docked before you can move.
- No Relocation in the Last 7 Days: You can relocate only once every 7 days. This cooldown can be bypassed for 1000 Gold.
- No Relocation in the Last 24 Hours: A 24-hour cooldown applies between relocations, and this cannot be bypassed with gold. You’ll need to wait 24 hours before using gold to speed up the next relocation.
Steps to Relocate
Access Your Profile:
- Click on your profile picture in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Click on your profile picture in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Select Relocate:
- Once in your profile, select the "Relocate" button on the upper-right side of the screen, near where your current planet information is displayed.

Choose a Relocation Option: You have three ways to relocate your base:
- Alliance: Relocate to the same planet/sector as an alliance member.
- Random: Relocate to a random planet and sector.
- Friends: Relocate to the same planet/sector as a friend (this friend must be connected to you on the platform you're playing on, e.g., Game Center or KXL).
Relocating to Alliance or Friends
Select Ally/Friend:
- For Alliance or Friends relocation, first click Select Ally/Friend to pick the person you want to move near. The relocate button will be greyed out until you choose someone.
- For Alliance or Friends relocation, first click Select Ally/Friend to pick the person you want to move near. The relocate button will be greyed out until you choose someone.
Confirm Relocation:
- Once you've selected your friend or ally, click the Confirm button, then select Relocate.
Complete Relocation:
- After confirming, the game will reload, and you'll receive a notification on the left side of the screen informing you of your relocation.
Important Notes:
Proximity: While relocating to a friend or alliance member will put you on the same planet, it does not guarantee that you will be placed right next to them. Placement depends on base population on that planet.
Random Relocation: If you choose the Random option, the Relocate button will be immediately available, but you won’t know your new location until after the game reloads.
