Battle Pirates Appeal Form
About the Appeal Process
This process outlines how to appeal bans or mutes issued for violations of the game rules or by automated systems. If you believe a ban or mute was issued in error, please follow the steps below and submit your appeal through the designated form.
Important Guidelines
- Do not submit support tickets asking for updates on the status of your appeal. Appeals submitted outside the designated process will be denied.
- Appeals are reviewed weekly by our support team based on availability. Please allow time for processing and refrain from messaging staff for expedited reviews.
Submitting an Appeal
Appeals are handled exclusively through the official KIXEYE Appeal Form. Appeals submitted via other platforms, such as Discord or in-game, will be redirected to this process.
For automated bans (e.g., anti-cheat system), you may include video evidence of your gameplay to support your claim. Other cases must strictly follow the appeal form.
Filling Out the Appeal Form
- Answer all required questions on the appeal form. If you lack specific evidence, you may write "N/A" where appropriate.
- Before submitting, review the KIXEYE Community Rules for context on why the punishment was issued and to help avoid future issues.
Appeal Review Outcomes
- Approved: If approved, the punishment may be removed or reduced. For reduced penalties, the in-game reason will be updated to reflect this.
- Denied: If denied, the punishment will remain unchanged. Do not submit additional appeals. These will be ignored.
Automated Notifications
After submitting your appeal, you will receive an automated confirmation message indicating that it has been received. Once reviewed, you will receive a final response with the outcome and any additional notes from the reviewer.
Short-Term Punishments
If your ban or mute duration is less than 24 hours, you may still submit an appeal. However, due to processing times, your punishment may expire before the appeal is reviewed. These cases will be archived without further action.
Account Responsibility
KIXEYE is not responsible for actions taken on purchased or shared accounts. Penalties apply to the account holder regardless of changes in ownership or shared use with family or friends.
Additional Information for Multiple Accounts
If you share an IP address with other players (e.g., family members), ensure your appeal includes evidence of separate setups to verify account independence. This can be demonstrated with a video showing both accounts logged in simultaneously on different devices.
