The only place where Gold is available for sale is through purchasing it in the game itself.  Any third-party website offering to sell you Gold outside of the game (usually at a large discount) is making a false claim; not only will you not receive the Gold they offered, but this is almost assuredly a phishing scam aimed at compromising your account, and you may lose access to your base indefinitely.
