To switch your faction, simply click on your Command Center, then select the "Set Faction" button:

This action will open the "Faction Alignment" modal, allowing you to choose your desired faction. Just click on the "Join Faction" button. Please note that it typically takes 5 days for the faction change to be processed unless you opt to expedite the process by spending 100 gold.
