FAQ

• Get the message "Can't deploy: squad does not meet requirements"

  • There are certain unit types that are not allowed. It should be Legendary or Defensive units that are not allowed.
    Stuff that people using in holdout like Bayrak, Ridgerunners, Cadets, Landlocke, Hungry Howard won't be useable in those bases as they are defensive.

• I did a base and didn't get prizes.
  • Prizes are only earned from reaching any of the 3 payout tiers along the progress bar. They are not paid out when a base is defeated.
• I can't get all the parts.
  • You can only earn as many parts and there have been phases. If you missed a phase (week) you can replay a later phase. (Example: Phase 6 - You can earn up to 6 total parts.)
• Can't restart the track, Xs on chests
  • • There is a 72-hour timer that begins with Shadow Ops is activated. If a player starts their Shadow Ops Friday at 1pm, it will stop at Monday at 1pm. The Shadow Ops event is still show as running until Friday again when it resets to the next cycle.
