We have identified the root cause of the Redbox Errors and disconnect issues when placing buildings or constructs. This happens when players have maxed out their building capacity but are still constructing new buildings.
🔍 What You Need to Know:
- Issue: When an account is in this state (caused by the Weapons Lab or Construction Yard), any building placement may trigger an RBE.
- Temporary Solution: Cancel any ongoing Bastion or Construct builds to restore normal placement.
- Fix: A permanent fix will be included in Update 14.23.1.

On December 12, 2024, an update included a fix for extra constructs in bases. We are aware of ongoing questions and other reported issues:
1️⃣ Error Placing Bastions or Constructs
- We are currently investigating. This issue will not be fixed until the next game update at the soonest.
2️⃣ Missing Items in the Agency or Construction Yard
- No items have been removed from accounts. However, you must upgrade the building to the correct level to see these items.
3️⃣ Built Constructs are Now Missing
- Constructs exceeding the maximum limit were removed. You should now be able to build and place constructs normally.
