  1. Click on profile picture to get to your profile page.

2.  Click on Settings, then on the bottom left click on Support, then Support button.

3.  The help center will open. Search for articles, event briefs, and gameplay information. If you need assistance, click on the chat icon in the upper right corner. 

   

4. From here choose the closest category for your question or issue. You can also type a description of your issue. The bot will ask for some basic information that support agents will need to assist you and once the ticket is created, an agent will follow up as soon as possible. 

 

 


How to Open Help Center/Support in Browser

  1. Click on the Support button above the game.
  2. Read articles in the Help Center or check for Alerts about known issues
  3. Still need help? Click the speech bubble and choose the closest category for your question.
  4. Answer all the questions to get information or create a ticket depending on the issue.

Alerts

Known Issues or Important information can show up as an alert in the widget and help center. This is what it looks like:
