SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS & TECH DIAGNOSTICS GUIDE

Welcome back to the front lines, Commander. To ensure your bases run smoothly and your fleet experiences peak tactical performance in Battle Pirates and War Commander, your system must meet our baseline connectivity and hardware standards.

If you are experiencing performance drops or loading issues, use this guide to verify your setup or generate a diagnostic report for our Customer Support team.

 1. WEB BROWSER REQUIREMENTS

Our browser-based games run best on modern, updated infrastructure.

Recommended Browsers (Chromium-Based)

For the absolute best gaming experience, we highly recommend using updated, Chromium-based browsers:

  • Google Chrome (Highly Recommended)

  • Opera GX

  • Chromium Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

DO NOT USE

The following browsers are outdated, unsupported, or known to cause severe loading and performance issues:

  • Internet Explorer / Safari / Brave / Puffin / Maxthon

⚠️ CRITICAL PERFORMANCE TIP: Web browser extensions, ad-blockers, and scripts should be completely disabled or turned off during gameplay. These add-ons frequently interfere with game assets and heavily degrade performance.

 2. NETWORK & CONNECTIVITY

Browser gaming demands a stable, continuous data stream.

  • Connection Type: Broadband internet is strictly required (Cable, DSL, or Fiber-optic).

  • Unsupported Connections: Satellite, dial-up, and mobile hot-spots/data plans do not meet our connectivity standards and will cause severe lag or disconnection issues.

  • Minimum Download Speed: 3 Mbps or higher

  • Minimum Upload Speed: 1 Mbps or higher

3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (BROWSER VERSION)

If your computer falls below these modesty benchmarks, you will encounter significant technical issues. You can check your computer's specs via the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (DxDiag) on PC or the About this Mac menu on Apple devices.
